Doing one good deed for three others and expecting nothing in return. When they ask how they can repay you, you tell them to "Pay It Forward" to three others.

Why Pay It Forward?

It started with a brilliant idea from author of "Pay It Forward", Catherine Ryan Hyde. When the movie was released in 2000, people all over the world were inspired by the power and positive energy shown from helping others. Now there are more than 15 countries around the world participating in the day including Australia, United States, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, England, Scotland, Ireland, France and Germany.

If someone asks us why they should "Pay It Forward", we would tell them "To show each other that we care and that there is love, hope and magic all around us."-Blake Beattie.

Paying It Forward is one of life's lessons that are hard to teach with words. You need to experience it to truly understand the power behind it. Not only for yourself but for the life's you touch with your heartfelt deeds.

Pay it Forward Day/Week is meant to be a powerful reminder of the positive energy associated when we give to others without expectation of receiving anything in return. From what we get we make a living – from what we give, we make a life.

So we challenge you to get involved this year. Make the world a brighter place for future generations, "One favor at a time."
